Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi
our scabby billion dollar profit making multinational employer has seen fit to charge us 5 euro a head for finger food and 1 'free' drink in a pub for our xmas party, so a group (14)of us are planning a night out in Dublin on the 16th Dec instead. I tried calling a few places tonight for reservations and they're booked out already(Hard Rock, Luigi Malones, Fitzers, Tante Zoes) :( Anyone got any ideas where else I could try before its too late? Somewhere not too expensive w/ a full bar would be nice but I'm not holding my breath at this stage, just as long as its not happy meals all round we'll get by.

Is anyone else the victim of pure scabbiness re xmas parties this year? Please tell me we're not the only ones! :o

ps I already checked the restaurant guide in the food/drink section, no joy

A fiver is nothing, I have to pay €25 and that's subsidised. Still, telling people you don't like what you really think of them after 12 pints is priceless.
