outward opening doors

i've just built a new house designed with all doors opening outwards! they look great but i've started to notice a little moisture getting in recently. i've just built a new house designed with all doors opening outwards!

It's probably a long shot but has anyone had any experience with outward opening doors and how to seal them soundly?
