bad repping for no reason

what does this bad rep even mean? i know theres one guy trying to get the most bad rep.Is there a reward for it? Or the most positive rep for that matter? The whole system confuses me.Is thee anything in the faq that I mightve missed?

Rep system is to be used at the users discretion. Don't see how anyone can complain about getting neg rep.

It's not like you have to stand trial and be convicted to get it so personally I'll still dash it out where I see fit, or sometimes I just close my eyes and randomly click wildly around the screen till I hit someone.

Whats funny in all this is not only Sheep tell me he got all his friends to neg rep him, but also whined when I neg repped him.

If your going to use a system to try and piss someone off you don't really have the right to whine when its done back to you.

I totally agree with Hobbes in post 29 and I find some of the larger green icon 'superstars' ironic considering that they have probably begged for all the green rep in various threads then give negative to someone who is asking a question about negative rep. Fun and games and all that.
