Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Your Pedal Rig??
    I have 2 versions
    1 that id ideally like to use that i sometimes dig out and use and another that gets used most regularly

    The ideal one from what i have is

    Big Muff USA - Line 6 DM4 - Digitech RP50 - Morely Bad Horsie - Boss TU2 Tuner

    The regular one is

    Big Muff USA - Morely Bad Horsie - TU2 Tuner

    The odd time the Pro Co RAT gets thrown into the mix.

    Debating buying a Digitech Whammy Pedal but i dunno if id find a whole hell of a lot of use for it.

    Just Boss TU-2 tuner and BF-3 Flanger.

    Have a DOD distortion pedal but it's not in use at the moment.

    Also have an ebow but that's not a pedal. I do use it a lot though.

    I don't use pedals anymore :(

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,089 ✭✭✭D!ve^Bomb!

    not a thing.. used to have gt3, i currently have a ds1 but its up for sale on eBay at present.. and i have a cry baby but it's not getting much use due to not having a lot of time to play anymore:(:(:(

    but when i do i usually just use my amp.. i can't really see myself gettin too many pedals in the future.. i don't have much use for them.. i just like my plain old rock and roll!!!!!

    I've got no pedals. I just dont want them that much (Yes I do I just cant afford them!! :D ) But anyway, I just run my guitar straight into my Fender Twin Reverb so I've had nothing but clean sounds for the last 5 months or so! That may seem really weird but I still would like a couple of nice overdrive sounds, not that I would looses sleep over it though. Effects can really add to music but lets face it, how huch time do you spend merely fecking about with them? Thats not a bad thing by the way, actually its great fun.

    you'd be amazed at what you can do with a chain of effects and an amp (guitar not necessary)

    Got a couple of boss pedals, not using them though as I haven't plugged them into the rack yet. Lazy. will probably only use the delay, chorus and eq. Compressor too perhaps.

    Got a crybaby I've never used :\

    I got a Korg Ax100g, a Marshall Guvnor 2 and a Boss DS2 with an extra footswitch for mode switching on the DS2. The Korg thing does a variety of things but I mainly use it for eq, compression, reverb and volume. Its got loads of fidely effects which arent used much to be honest. It has a wah, but its not great so Im eventually gonna get a dunlop. That'll be me complete then. Although I love the names of all the danelectro pedals, so I might get a few of them too. They just look so cool.

    line6 DM4 - line6 DL4 - boss DD6 - digitech whammy - mxr phase 90 - boss EQ

    You should try sticking the DL4 at the end of the chain, or at least after the distortion, you'll get a better sound...

    Me:
    Guitar -> Boss TU2 -> Digitech Whammy -> Mesa Boogie V1 -> Boss DD3 -> Marshall Vibratrem -> Custom made A/B box

    Lead guitarist has enough of them!!

    TU2, OC3, DD6, BF3, DS1, OS2, MD2, Zoom 505, PH3, CH1, Dunlop Crybaby, BCB60, Volume Pedel & MF pedel!!! worth::: about 1600+

    As if the Mode 4 wasn't noisy enough on its own!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,135 ✭✭✭✭John

    I'm surprised any guitar signal gets to the amp through all of that!
