Ye, PB problems have been fixed.

Yes, EA/DICE hav just interrupted me from my programming to bring you news of two updates, one each for BFV and BF42. They are both exploit updates and quite small in size:

Something to note with the bf1942 patch is that there is no linux server patch. Therefore if you patch you will be excluding those servers.

How do you mean "so long"?
The deal with the Linux patch is that the guy in DICE Canada thats been doing the Linux server was, eh .. never actually told about the Update until the day after it was released, same goes with Punkbuster.

If your giving out about the length of time it takes for the patch to actually install. I dont have a clue.
