White Chocolate isn't actually chocolate. It's milk solids suspended in fat... or something like that.

And I like Milk chocolate the best... especially mixed with Mint....

White chocolate is an abomination. It's basically just cocoa butter, i.e. the leftovers after they make real chocolate. According to this the American FDA don't even regard it as chocolate

I've never liked white chocolate.. but I was rather shocked last week when I opened day 2 of my advent calendar and discovered a white chocolate treat inside... it's some sort of freakish bi-chocolate calendar. But I don't mind the white chocies so much.. they make for a nice change when taken in small advent calendar type doses...
