    Chocolate Chip Cookies

Step 1: Sift together, then set aside:

    1 cup white flour
    2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Step 2: In a separate bowl combine together:

    3/4 cup white sugar
    1/4 pound melted butter
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon water
    1 egg
Combine the mixtures from Steps 1 and 2. Mix well, add 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate chips.

Makes cookies much larger than normal. Using a tablespoon, drop cookie dough onto an aluminum foil covered cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 12-15 minutes.

Tip: The aluminum foil will prevent the cookies from burning on the bottom

Can you use tin foil instead?

You'll be the one cooking it, I'll let you decide, I know better than to argue with the cook!

I'm serious. Is there a difference, besides it being made of tin? Maybe different insulating properties.
Actually now that I check, it just says kitchen foil on the pack.
