Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If the picture was taken in public, then it is probably legal to post the picture on the internet.

Implying anything from that photo might be another matter.

Yup, after a lot of research, my solicitor says yes, apparently there was a case a while back and it was judged to be information thats in the public domain anf fit for publication.

The only problem is recognisable slander, however, it seems that as long as Im not printing actual *names*, and dont have an identifyable *face* in the picture, then I am ok, as plate numbers, via some weird loophole, dont count.

TBH, im not entirely sure the exact ins and outs of the whole thing, all I can say is a very competent solicitor was paid to check the legalities an he say yes lol :)

Iv done stuff not dissimiliar to this is london a while back and had no legal problems.

One thing I will say to anyone taking pics tho is to try not to get owners faces, no big deal tho as I can black em out before I post :)
