looking for some php content tutorials

Hey, I have a site, which I'm hoping to update soon, basically I would like all the content in one text/data file that is preloaded when the user first visits the sight, and using php or somethin, dependant on which link is clicked, the right section of the file loads, any idea where i can find a kind of walk through guide…
