    I wouldn't hold your breath for an Irish gig or a new album anytime in the next year or two.

    It might be a good idea however to have a look out for Andy Smith gigs around the place (sometimes advertised as Portishead DJ sets, him being the dj for a lot of the tracks), last time he was in Dublin was over a year ago at this stage iirc.

    Last time Portishead played Dublin was '96, and I cursed myself repeatedly for missing it.

    Portishead are cool.

    I've only heard the Dummy album, but they are really great.
    Wouldn't mind going to see them.
