Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Howya Lads,

I am moving to Cork in the new year and am looking for info on good places to live. I will be working near the Maltings and want to rent a one or two bedroom apartment. Any advice would be great!

    Thanks :)

The Evening Echo newspaper is hard to beat.. or call into Choices estate agents on Washington St. they deal in a load of apartments in the Maltings area and Washington St.

I second the Evening Echo, it usually has places for people on their own, generally I go to estate agents when looking for a place for a group.

Hopw you enjoy our city when you move here :D

    Thanks for the info :)

I have been on myhome.ie and daft.ie and they have some interesting places. Any places I should definitely avoid?

I have found the Echo website but can't seem to find the accommodation
classifieds ... anyone have a link?

Am really looking forward to the move there.

I don't think the echo put them up online. I'd say that you'll just have to get a copy

BrayHead, i don't think they have the classifieds on their website. You'll have to buy the paper but that's gonna be a toughie considering you're not living in Cork.... Maybe if u rang them, they might fax the classifieds to u if u pay them?? Might be a stupid idea, but u could try it!
