Moving to Ireland, BB essential

A friend of mine is moving here for 6mths, will probably have a house share but needs BB. What's the availability of NTL or Irish BB in the Glasnevin/Griffith Ave area?

Not sure about the area but the 6 months may be a problem as most of the providers will require a 12 month contract
