Line Pass now Line Fail after Ordering

    Never had a problem with the eircom line test for BB. Passed okay.
    I then ordered up the esat trial last week.
    Ran the line test from the eircom website today and line failed.
    What is going on here? Nothing has physically changed in my setup, cables same, devices attached same.
    Do I take it that eircom have now got the works order from esat and have decided to start failing my line for BB because of this?
    Eircom are a heap of steaming manure.
    Well, I suppose I better check with Esat what the story is here......

    might just be the website
    ring eircom yourself and ask them to test it again

    well esat may tell you the line is failing.... Eircom only update their databases of lines that pass every so often.... And the Web test is crap.

    since its free, id just wait and see what happens when it gets installed. .
