Ending IOLBB Trial - Ends over Christmas

    Hi,

    Anyone know what the procedure is with ending the IOLBB trial?

    My trial ends at the end of December and I'm wondering with the Christmas dusruption should I take care of things now?

    Just ring 1904 talk to Customer Care and let them know you wish to end the trial.

    and get them to confirm your clear instruction by email within 20 mins, otherwise ring them again and again until you do get it.

    Or get a Cancellation Number of them regarding cancelling it.

    They send a mail about 2 weeks before trial ends with instructions how to cancel, but for being around xmas, better to talk someone and get confirmation on dates :)
