    Following consultation with the Gardai and Ticketmaster it has been deemed
    that in the interest of public safety tickets are being placed on sale
    immediately.
    Tickets limited to 4 per person/transaction can now be purchased nationwide
    through the following methods;
    * Limited number of tickets at face value £36.50 in Slane Village. No
    booking fee.
    * Any of the 65 Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.
    Tickets cost £39.50 including £3.00 booking fee at Ticketmaster HMV outlets
    in Dublin and £41.00 including £4.50 booking fee in Ticketmaster regional
    outlets (See below)
    * Telephone and Credit Card Bookings:
    Republic of Ireland - 1890 925 100
    Northern Ireland - 0870 2434455
    Ticket cost £41.00 including £4.50 booking fee.
    * Over the Internet; www.ticketmaster.ie ticket cost £41.00, including £4.50
    booking fee.
    * In all cases, ticket sales will be strictly limited to 4 tickets per person.
    Support artists for the U2 concert on the lst September include Moby, Foo
    Fighters, Nelly Furtado and Dara.

    After consulting with my credit card and
    ticketmaster, I have two tickets for the
    September 1 gig.

    HOWEVER.

    I've got a scheduling conflict.

    Now, I'm a fan, not a tout. So if you have,
    or know someone who has, two tickets for the
    other gig that they'd be happy to trade, get
    in touch with me at u2tix@waider.ie . If I
    can't get a trade, my brother's getting a
    rather extravagant birthday present.

    I too have now got 2 tickets for the 2nd concert but would rather go to the 1st one

    I'll happily go regardless but I'd like to see the Chili Peppers

    I assume the price of tickets is the same for both concerts, I'm only interested in a swap!

    So, if Waider gets rid his and someone's still looking give me a shout

    e-mail from profile would be best as I don't usually go to the music board

    Glad I didn't take a late lunch yesterday smile.gif
