i reckon something like baked alaska is pretty rare, they're ****ing impossible to make.
cant remember what the base is, but im pretty sure there's ice cream on top covered by a thin layer of meringue. you have to cook it just right to get the meringue to harden without melting the ice cream.

Thats cos its for Xmas only, but still is rare enough alrite. Nyways me dont likie Xmas cake. I would prefer Chocolate Xmas Pudding anytime!!
