Got one faxed over to me this evening but ive left it in work by accident. I've checked their site, don't see any online registration or anyway to print the application. Does anyone have one by any chance? or know how i could obtain would online. Many thanks

you can fill one in at the desk in the Fitz onlyy takes a minute, and youre a member immediately

Yea it only takes a 2/3 min,remember to have ID.Also they have no membership cards at the moment
