    Having been introduced to Howard Devoto through his single ‘Rainy Season’ I have just bought the album ‘Where the power is’ a sort of ‘best of’ Magazine. I was blown away by the instrumentals on ‘Definitive Gaze’ and was wondering if anyone could lead me in the right direction for bands/albums that have a sound similar to this.

    Wire
    Sparks

    if you haven't got their stuff already.

    Thanks for the tip. Had a listen to samples of the groups you named and Devo is just what I am after, also Sparks aren't too bad either. Thanks again
