Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have applied for redundency but have a feeling I wont be offered it. Anyone got any bright ideas on how to convince your boss to make you redundent?

    How long have you got?

One of the best ways would be to let the quality of your work drop or act dispirited/down. Affect a poor mood, disconsolaate that you mightn't get your redundancy. None of this is enough to get you fired (unless they want to meet Mr. Solicitor) but it might convince them that you're better off being let go.

TBH what you say depends on your relationship with your boss/manager!
