    I am wondering if COH is run by over-devout christians.

    You can't say "God" in COH. Probably to stop cursing (even the NPCs can't say it).

    So you can't say

    <@#$%!> is a whore who likes donkey porn.

    But you can replace it for any other diety of your choice.

    Well as you may have noticed from recent election results, our friends from accross the water have some rather strong beliefs. I suppose one can see how if you're creating a game that has nothing to do with religion, one can see that an argument could be made for blanking out the word to prevent people abusing it just to antagonise others. Though it is an interesting decision.

    And also as you may have noticed, you can go into your options panel and untick the profanity blocker.

    then you can praise all you want
