Best telephony/internet solution

    Hi,
    What are the best options to go for if I want:

    Broadband,
    Free or cheap off peak calls to Local, National, Ireland - UK etc
    Free or cheap on peak calls to Local, National, Ireland - UK etc
    Free or cheap mobile calls on and off peak
    Good service
    No hidden ploys

    At the moment I am with:
    UTV Clicksilver €30 per month
    UTV Talk, transfer line rental from Eircom to UTV and you get free off peak to Local, National and Ireland - UK

    I have signed a year contract with UTV talk. Is there a chance they will stop offering the free calls or raise the price?

    Mobile calls are still a problem on the bill. Any solution with UTV talk?
    National peak calls are also a problem.

    What's this new SMART telecom broadband service? Is it better than UTV for my requirements?
