what to do with spare egg yolks?

I intend to make a chocolate mousse, and the recipe I has calls for 10 eggs whites. Any ideas what I might do with the 10 spare egg yolks?

how about mix with a little milk, salt, pepper and soy sauce and put in with some rice.. well ok not 10 egg yolks but it'd be tasty
