Modify the [wiki] tag please

Any chance of making the biki tag like the URL tag. So you can do something like. Hobbestest[/wiki]

I just tried to make it work like that (and it does) but then it doesn't seem to understand the case where you have no =option and just something between the tags.

Maybe you have to create two tag types? Not sure, never done it before.
