    Was it me or was boards.ie (www + muppet + pie) down again since the early hours of last night until just now?

    didnt try it till this morning but was getting the database error thing again!

    The database server wasn't a happy bunny. There's no fallback at the mo if the DB server goes down.

    Yesh, in this event could you redirect to an archive of the 'Best threads of Boards.ie' .... or summat similar, god I need a fix to keep me sane.

    Would still require the database to be active.

    If you're really shaking from withdrawal, www.archive.org might tide you over (or Google search and view the cached pages).

    I did indeed mean a cache of some sort, anyhew the wayback machine should help me stem my cravings.
