NFSU 2 problem

    I installed nfsu 2 recently and when i went to play it the screen went black and then reverted back to my desktop i had since updated my gfx driver but still nothing my using an ati 9800pro. Any1 able to help?

    At what stage does it go black? When you click the icon, or when you go into a race etc...

    I had the problem and it actually turned out to be my joypad(I'm using a PS2 pad USB adaptor thingy from play.com)
    When I plugged it out and used the keyboard the game worked perfectly.

    turn off anti aliasing in the options too

    im using that pad/adapter with it with no problems. on an nvidia card.

    its when i click the icon i have a usb pad ill try unplugging it
