How to get my PUK2

i got a new Sagem MYx5-2 fone for xmas but it does not give my PUK2 number. it gives my PUK1 and PIN1 alright, just not PUK2 or PIN2. do i have to ring meteor to get this or is there some other way of doing it? thanks.

Unless you have blocked pin2 you won't need your puk 2. If however you have you will need to get in touch with meteor, or check the members area of their website to see if you can get it there.

If you phone up the simcard network they should be able to supply it for you!

when you login, it takes you to mymeteor. thats the members area
