    From memory though...
Frosty novembers mean mild winters over all.
No science in that just experience.

Mothman, why do you have a breeze tonight?

Perhaps a Land Breeze (opposite to sea breeze)

Temp here is in catch up mood :D
    -1.6C Dp -3.7C.

Could still drag that -2.5C out of the bag.

    Still clear overhead.

Record Nov grass min of -7.5C could already be broken.

Nemonoid, am I mistaken or do you have a LaCrosse WS2300 too?

Yeah, fantastic piece of kit for the money, only the anemometer really lets it down. I borrowed an old IceSpy temperature logger from work which was calibrated by the IMB and it consistently read within 0.2c when next to the LaCrosse.

Hoping to upgrade to a Davis in the new year if I'm allowed! Temp fell briefly to -1.4c but now rising and back at -1.0c.

One or 2 nights don't make a frosty Nov, not that you were saying that, but it implies...

    Still heading down
    -1.9C

The cold air on Longfield's and artictree's plateau is being pushed down to me, so while they rise I fall a bit further.

    Current Conditions for Galway:

    Cloudy. Cool & Windy.

    2.7c / 78% rh

    1028.2 mb falling.

    Today's Max: 6.2c

A cool, cloudy day overall with just brief sunny spells. Of note was the relaltively low humidity readings (low of 69% during afternoon) compared to lately.
Tempuratures fell to 1.2c earlier this evening. Very slowly rising now, but with the now strong wind, the current 2.7c has a significant wind chill. Wouldnt' be suprised to see a bit of temporary sleet later as this band of rain just to my NW moves in.

Hovering between -1.4 and -1.6c now
The breeze is gone again (it was probably one of the cows farting)
