litlle bit of rain here this morning,but apart from that sunny afternoon and warm
yesterday sunny most of the day too and bordering on hot with the mercury steady at 22..
only 19 today but nice

Arrived outside work in the Inchicore area tonight @ 23:20 for a boxing PPV (working during the night on a Saturday is so sad!!!). When I got out of the car, it felt warmer outside the car than in. Climate control is normally always set to 20C so any outside changes in temp or humidity are not felt in the car. Anyway, the outside temp reading was also 20C (not bad for after 11pm on an early June night) but when I stepped outside the car it felt like the heat and humidity I used to feel at night on a holiday in Toronto a few summers ago. It's great!!!

Anyway drove along the a55 to chester yesterday in lovely sunshine and very warm, the temp on the car was reading 24 most of the way.
I'll say it was more hot than warm.
Coming home last night driving down through wicklow it was raining

This morning -nice -mild and mostly sunny

the hail stones were the size of the golf ball sweets which set off the car alarm..

Yesterday was very warm even hot when the sun shone and the wind died down, today it started bright and sunny but has since clouded over, temp feels almost chilly.

Wow!!!

26 degree's in the shade in the garden here now, making this the hottest day of the year in this part of South Wicklow so far.
Theres been strong sunshine all day with a light SW breeze, which makes all the difference this near the coast as the wind is blowing off the hot land as opposed to the cool sea.

I have also noticed some very large towers of clouds have built up too because of this heat,but not expecting anything out of them as the pressure is a bit high
They have very sharp edges though which indicates theres energy there, if pressure was a bit lower and the air a bit more unstable we'd have lots a thunder me thinks...
Mind you if this heat continues the cold front heading down during the week might provide us with some of that!

Just wonderfull,it feels like the south of France out there \o/ \o/
