    Well the weather really has perked up in the last hour or so. The sun is now shining here in west Dublin although the sky is not clodless. Some mid level altocumlus are pushing away to the northeast and there are some fair weather cumlus approaching now. They look quite thick to the southwest but I'm sure they will break up as they get over Dublin. Wind appears to have eased ever so slightly and it really looks like a nice pleasent evening, much like yesterday's evening. However, I am stuck in a cool air conditioned office. All I can do is look and maybe stick my arm out the window :ninja:

    Short Form Reply!

    Started out dull, low cloud some light rain, which lifted
    through the morning turning into bright warm afternoon. Bit humid with it. Freshened as the evening drew on. Rain on the way.

    Rained for an hour or so yesterday afternoon and then warm sunny and breezy till night fall.

    Lovely morning here in Dublin. Deep blue skies and a fresh breeze. Nice and warm too - 18C now. SE England looks like they are in for a battering with severe thunderstorms this evening:mad:

    Inchicore, Dublin West: Bright with sunny spells. Fairly light breezes. Current temp of 20C. Not too bad at all but certainly not nice enough for sunbathing. I hear the weekend weather is not going to be as nice as was previously forecast, particularly Sunday. Once it stays nice for my BBQ tomorrow evening, I will be happy (and very drunk).

    Here in Washington dc its a sultry and fairly sunny 28c (82F) at the moment.
    Not as oppressive as yesterday when it was into the 90's but still feeling quite muggy.
    Heading up to New York now where I hear theres lots of thunder and rain-time for a high stool and some beers methinks :D

    It was the usual this morning tthen at about 2 the cracks
    became more obvious and now sunny and less humid. Of course tomorow it rains!

    Dry at 6 am patchy damp got steady worse from 8 am clearing in the afternoon to bright skies at about 3.30.

    just thinking what a nice day the farmer across the road is cutting some crop and I look out and it is lashing down rain....portlaoise area...sky still blue sun still shining just a little cooler..weird
