yes.. but you have to make sure its not locked to a certain service provider. in the XDA II's case it might be locked to o2.. if youre using o2 already you will have no problem, o2 is always the same band no matter where it is whether ireland or england

If it IS locked, I can send you a file to unlock it anyway. Its very simple
