I have downloaded up to 70.76 GB in one month and I have not got a letter or anything.

however that being said I believe it is after continuous exceeding of the limit that you get informed, if I go over it in one month, I will cool it down the next month.

When I was on NTL last year, for about 24 months, I averaged about 60GB a month nearly every month and never heard I thing from them.
