The Anno would be sweet (I live fairly close to it), but splitting between rooms is problematic to say the least.

NUIG is not an option, and I've removed it from the poll.

I thought menlo was fine; the only problem i had with it was on the friday night during the lan my hands nearly fell off because of frost-bite, but since its the happy-side of winter that shouldn`t be a problem..

I'm not really pushed where it is, all I care about is if we can drink there while playing games. If menlo wont allow that, then anno is it. Pintage is a factor

The annoy is currently free afaik. Theres 2 rooms fully wired up, but as john says, wiring them together would be the difficulty. It is possible and would either involve some wires going down stairs and along ceilings or otherwise out a window.
The alternative is Wifi, the hotel is all ready Wifi enabled with a DSL connection which im sure would be made availible to the Lan through proxy/firewall. tbh, it would take a bit of organisation and people would be designated seats and have to stick wtih em. this means containing the Beer and pot noodlers to one small,unventolated room
