    what caused the french rebellion and what year did it take place in?
    The French Revolution (1789–1799) was a period of political and social upheaval and radical change in the history of France, during which the French governmental structure, previously an absolute monarchy with feudal privileges for the aristocracy and Catholic clergy, underwent radical change to forms based on Enlightenment principles of citizenship and inalienable rights. hehe

    whats pythagoras' theorem with proof?
    Jeez, If your gonna copy and paste out of wikipedia atleast take out the blue hyperlinks. Good luck in your history exam :rolleyes:

    Pythagoras' Theorem

    Given: Triangle abc, right angled at b.
    To prove: ¦ab¦2 + ¦bc¦2 = ¦ac¦2

    Construction: Draw [bd] (perpendicular) ac. Indicate angles X and 90o - X.

    Proof: Tri abc and tri abd are equiangular since they contain the angles X, 90o - X and 90o
    Therefore {ab} = {ad} => ¦ab¦2 =¦ac¦.¦ad¦
    {ac} {ab}

    Therefore {bc} = {dc} => bc2 = ac.dc
    {ac} = {bc}

    Therefore ab2 + bc2 = ac.ad+ac.dc
    ab2 + bc2 = ac.(ad+dc)
    ab2 + bc2 = ac.ac
    ab2 +bc2 = ac2
