call divert

I wanna set up call divert on my o2 number,i wanna divert it to another number if everytime i try it comes up request not completed anyone know how to fix this

O2 don't allow Speakeasy customers to change or cancel their diverts. It always diverts to voicemail after six rings.

Another bit of preferential treatment for bill payers.
