UTVipXL - changing email address.

    Hi,

    Have anyone with a UTVipXL account tried changing or adding a new email address with utvinternet? I'm finding this rather difficult.

    I checked online faqs on how to create a new email account.

    I go the link to http://www.u.tv/xlemail and as directed, entered my existing
    details and new email address. This happens in a new popup window. However when hitting submit button it doesn't finish.

    Please insert your UTVipXL username xxxxxx (my existing one)
    Please insert your UTVipXL password (I entered my existing passwd)
    Choose an email address xxxxx@utvinternet.com
    Choose a password newpasswd
    Confirm your password (confirmed)

    When submitting I get: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.
    i The page cannot be displayed
    There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot
    be displayed.

    I have repeated this several times just to make sure. I cleared the cache
    and disabled my firewall just and repeated with the same result. I have
    windows XP (SP2). I use IE 6 (6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158

    Is there any other alternative way to set this email up? I have tried using
    another browser (firefox) and it didn't work.

    Just wondering if anyone else got to change theirs?

    Ring them and change it.
    When I signed up way back, something went wrong and no email address was entered in the system (despite me getting a confirmation mail). I rang them and they did it straight away.
