printer problem

In my event log I have this error

The document Microsoft Word - Document1 owned by 'Home PC' failed to print. Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 3003 (0xbbb).

on the command prompt

C:\>net helpmsg 3003

gives

"There were *** bad password attempts in the last *** minutes.
Please review the server's audit trail."

I don't have a clue what this means???

I've try'd reinstalling the printer software but I still get the same error

Has anyone experienced anything like this or any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated
