GTA Cesar Crane missions

Finished the game didnt do these or get call to do them. How do they start? Took me exactly 50.00 hours to complete the story 55.26% complete. Better than Ocarina??? yes ,yes it is. Best video game ever made. /me looks at game awards and sees Hl2 as game of year? WTF took me 9 hours to complete that. Damn fan boys!!! kdjac

As i jetpacked into Area 69 stole a tank , drove to Ganton and parked it in me gaff all the while with 5 stars and intentions using the tank to take over the entire city , i thought how great the set peices in half life 2 were
