Sim Card Problem.....

    I got my girlfriend a new Nokia 3220 Vodafone RTG upgrade for Christmas and since she got it sometimes it comes up on screen for no apparent reason.... Insert Sim Card...., then the fone switches itself off for a few seconds then back on again and works away no problem til the next time, as well as that I unlocked the phone for her coz she goes to college in England (Virgin Mobile) and she says its happening more frequently over there and its all very annoying.Has anyone any ideas on what could be causing this and how to solve it any help would be GREATLY appreciated.tnx

    into the vodafone shop where i got it?
    will my rights be affected coz i unlocked it?
