Strange lagg issue

Just chekcing with any1 who is with Eircon. recently i've been getting very strange lagg when even trying to open web pages, my computer says it's trying but it just sits there. Doing a tracert to bbc.co.uk and sometimes i'll have 217 - 250 ping in ireland, rest is fine.... everyone in the house is effected by it. Any…

last week irelands routing all over was ****ed, even on dial-up. seems fine for me now though. perhaps it was just alot of people using the line at the time

only 4 max are on the line at any 1 time, usualy it's just 2. In 3 years we have never had this issue before, thats why i posted.. seems a bit strange
