I want to capture AVI and sound that is been streamed over the net. Can anyone recommend a good free screen capture program that they have used that is free.

Most of the time I click on a link to a streaming vid, download accelerator plus, instead of streaming, downloads vids for me.

any others ?? what i am trying to copy to mpeg is in flash on an asp page.
Aswell as this it is a powerpoint presentation so need something that captures the screen cannot remmeber any of the program names i used previously to perform,
