Everyone involved in an industry that uses the radio spectrum in Ireland and is going to be affected by any developments. This includes broadcasters, mobile & fixed line telephone operators, wireless broadband providers, transmission engineers, equipment manufacturers and anyone using radar or satellite services. It will be useful to those that wish to know of the new opportunities that are arising and the thinking behind the formulation of policy and strategy by the industry regulator.
