Vodafone HSCSD down?

Has anyone been able to connect to the Vodafone HSCSD service (43.2kbps) in the last week or two? I tried to connect there about the other week using my Nokia 6310 & PocketPC but it didn't work. I didn't take too much notice then as it's often down for an hour, or even a day, but it's been two weeks now so I'm wondering is…

I've had the same problem over the past few weeks. On my latest bill, calls to 0876202222 were listed as 'Standard Speed Data', while they were previously listed as 'High Speed Data'.
