Windows XP - Orange flashing tasks

Hi there people, just wondering .... the taskbar ... when something has loaded or needs you to make that window active, it flashes orange on the taskbar ... is there anyway i can edit the colour ??

it is integrated with your theme, different colour/style for each theme, you could try downloading some themes from www.stylexp.com and i think you'll need a program called stylebuilder but i warn you this is not a 100% fool proof way of doing it and it is long-winded.

surely there must be another way.

I was wondering if there was a registry hack for it but i cant seem to find anything for it ??
