Has anyone moved from Eircom to Esat or UTV?

I'm planning on moving but am concerned about the downtime in moving over. The last time I enquired - Last Oct, I was told the port transfer could take 10 days or longer which is too long since I have an office at home. I was told this will improve to an hour downtime once the port transfer process was properly rolled out.…
