    If your Mobile Supports SyncML (Normall burried in the menu under "SYNCHRONISATION") i have the best contact backup tool.

    Simple, here's how it works:

    1) Sign up at www.Mobical.net
    2) Select phone model so connection settings can be sent out to your mobile.
    3) Once setting's are activated just go to "Synchronise" on your phone and you mobile will begin sending you contact's via GRPS/WAP to your online account where they can be left there or copied onto your computer for safe keeping. Thats it!

    The upload speed depends on how many contact's you have as well as signal quality and how busy the servers are but over all it wont take much more longer than 3-4min total. The service also supports the uploading of Reminders and items in your Calander, the company plans on expanding its service to storing Images, Tones, Settings, etc...
