15 min plus on eircom bb order line

    im ring 1800503303 to try to oder eircom bb
    ive rang 4 times now , and waited 15 mins at a time but dont seem to be getting anyone.
    does anyone know if this is the right number or is the call centre closed or something?

    ps
    im not asking for advice on who to get bb from just on how to get thru to eircom, there are plenty of threads for that ;)

    Rang eircom at 3.10 pm yesterday was still on hold at 4.50

    my replacement modem finally arrived from them today after five weeks of waiting.

    maybe il just get dial up, might be quicker in the long run :/
    been in the house since october and between lost orders and random changes of line status i dont think its ever gonna happen
