Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Avi to DVD - too big to fit on Blank DVD

I have a 1.4Gb Avi video file. I want to split it into chapters and burn it to a stsndard 4.7Gb blank dvd. Im using Ulead DVD MovieFactory 3 Standard Edition (trial version). Just after I press the "Burn" button, it says that there is not enough free space on drive c: for temporary files. However, I have 16Gb free space

As far as I can see, when it tries to convert the Avi to DVD format, the filesize jumps from 1.4Gb to over 16Gb!! Whats going on with that?

Is there a setting I need to change? The audio quality is set to convert to 192kbps. Is there a program out there that can sort this problem out? The main reason Im using a free trial of Ulead is because it gives me the option to create a menu (which I need).

    All info appreciated. ;)
