Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

reporting an ex-employer

    ok so most of you here will have probably seen my "Work Issue" thread about my boss....well ex-boss. i quit shortly afterwards.

    anyway my family have convinced me that i should report him for breaking the law with his staff. as was pointed out to me, by not having them on the books they havent a leg to stand on should anything happen.
    a lot of these people are my mates and i hate seeing them getting ripped off.

    so...how do i go about it? who do i report him to?

    If you know someone in a union have a chat with them or ask Dept of Enterprise, Trade and Employment. Can you put up a link to your original "rant" maybe I can offer other suggestions.
    Also make sure you rat him out to Revenue. As likely as not he'll also owe them PRSI, Tax and VAT. They'll get nasty with him. I have heard that you can do that anonymously but not 100% sure.
