My gfs cat at home in the states is about that size, bigger than a small dog as he has some condition where hes hungry all the time, the little fecker lol and i hate cats too!!!!!

That's horrible, people really need to learn to control portion sizes for their pets, feeding your pet more is obviously going to make them fatter.
