I won't be doing this everyday, cause I simply won't be around everyday, and some days are just no good to be looking at bad horses.

GENERAL ALARM should win this....let me tell you why... This is a horse that loves the soft/heavy ground. He had a long lay off and came back in a little insignificant race that had "entered for the run" written all over it. After that sharpener he won a nice little handicap over 2 miles on the ground that he loves most. He's an improving horse and with the Kicking King team flying at the moment I think this is a must bet tomorrow. He's forecast to be around 9/4 but expect to see that 9 replaced by a 6 tomorrow.

That's the main bet but I also expect TIME TO REFLECT to overcome a penalty and win the 3.50 at newcastle and in the 2.10 at Lingfield RIVER BISCUIT looks a likely winner.

Ryhall in the 12:50 at Newcastle, the post has it quoted as 14/1. I reckon the drop in distance will suit. I dont expect a win but she could well nick it.

Ok....I shouldnt have got involved in the whole midweek racing crap. Im going back to big race days...friday, saturday, sunday.......where I have a chance!
